Planning a celebration? We’ve got just the place! One that’s welcoming and easy-going with great food, fresh beer, and friendly service.
 
Whether it’s a birthday, Christmas get-together, work function, engagement party, fundraiser or end-of-season gathering, Freshie Clubhouse is the perfect place to bring people together on the Northern Beaches.
 
Choose one of the many semi-private areas downstairs in the Clubhouse or a private function space for 50-150 people upstairs in The Loft.

FAQ

Is there a minimum spend?
For private functions in the upstairs event space, The Loft, a minimum spend applies as follows:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $2500
Wednesday and Thursday: $1500.
No deposit is required. There is no room hire fee. Food and drinks count towards the minimum spend. Function packages are available. 
No minimum spend applies to semi-private events in the downstairs Clubhouse. 
For private functions in The Loft, decorations are of course welcome. We want you to enjoy your special event. Please just ensure you remove all decorations after the event and take them away with you. 
 
You can bring your own cake and there is no cakeage fee. No other outside food or drinks are permitted. 

For private functions, we have microphones, a projector and a screen available for speeches and presentations. Lighting is adjustable. Music is available and live music can be arranged upon request. All outside entertainment and suppliers require management approval on a case-by-case basis and must be finalised one month prior to the event.

Children are always welcome, whether downstairs in the Clubhouse or upstairs in The Loft at private parties.
